DESCRIPTION:Join the Museum of Flight as they host a very special Veterans Day Ceremony to honor those who have served in the United States Armed Forces\, past and present. The event includes a performance by the Boeing Concert Band\, Veterans Day Remarks\, and a screening of Into Flight Once More\, an epic recreation of the journey many brave men made across the North Atlantic to the shores of Normandy for the D-Day invasion.  \nThe ceremony will include a special keynote address by U.S. Navy Capt. and museum volunteer Bill Woodman\, a retired nuclear submariner who commanded two vessels (USS James Monroe SSBN 627 and the USS Alabama SSBN 731 Blue) and also served as the submarine liaison officer for the CTF-77.  \nWhere: The Museum of Flight\nWhen: November 11th\nTime: 11am – 3:15pm\nPrice: FREE for all veterans and active duty military\n$25 Adult GA\n$21 Senior GA\n$17 Youth GA\nFREE Children 4 and under

And what better way to celebrate than getting a photo with the big guy himself\, Ol’ St. Nick.  \nGather the family and bring them to Westfield Southcenter for a very merry photo opp with Santa starting November 17th. But this isn’t just your average Santa photo. Guests are encouraged to get creative with a variety of special photo events to help support local causes\, including: \nSanta Paws Pet Nights (12/5\, 12/12\, 12/19\, from 4pm – 7pm)\nBring your pet along for a photo with Santa and help us collect donations on behalf of The Humane Society. \nPajama Party (Every Tuesday\, all day)\nWear your coziest holiday pjs for your photo with Santa and help us support St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital.  \nUgly Sweater Days (Every Thursday\, all day)\nMake it the most ugly time of year by wearing your ugliest holiday sweater for your photo with Santa.  \nWalk-ups are allowed\, but space is limited.
