DESCRIPTION:The Seattle Seawolves are hosting the inaugural 5K & Kids Dash! Join us Saturday\, May 16th\, at the matchday venue for a morning of fitness\, community\, and the spirit of rugby. Whether you are a seasoned runner or just looking for a family-friendly outing\, this event has something for everyone. Hosted by the Seattle Seawolves Foundation in partnership with the Snohomish Running Club\, this all‑ages event features a 5K run/jog/walk\, a fast‑paced Kids Dash\, vendor booths\, music\, and appearances from the 2026 Seattle Seawolves and other special guests. Registration is open now and costs $15 for the Kids Dash and $45 for the 5k. \nA portion of the proceeds from the 5K Run and Kids Dash will support The ‘Run. Catch. Pass.’ initiative of The Seattle Seawolves Foundation\, the charitable arm that aims to harness the transformative power of rugby to empower youth by focusing on enhancing mental health\, physical well-being\, and nutrition.
