Soccer Science: Beautiful Physics in the Beautiful Game

As the world soccer tournament season begins here in Tukwila, head to The Museum of Science to learn about the physics, controversies, and new technologies behind the most important piece of equipment in the world’s most watched sporting event from sports physics expert John Eric Goff. John Eric Goff is the Visiting Assistant Professor of Physics at University of Puget Sound and a leading expert in sports physics and engineering with particular emphasis on the aerodynamics of soccer balls.
The program is free for museum members and included with the cost of General Admission.
