Join the City of Tukwila at Tukwila Community Center on Saturday, September 26 from 9am to 12pm for a Halloween costume swap event where you can pick up FREE costumes and accessories for all ages. This event is open to everyone and is not a strict exchange. You won’t need to donate in order to take a costume, but donations are encouraged to keep the swap well stocked.
