In September, Tukwila’s Spice Bridge celebrated its first anniversary. This global food hall has been such a bright spot in our community this year, feeding folks delicious dishes from around the world and building space for aspiring women of color, immigrant, and refugee chefs to develop thriving food businesses.

On Wednesday, October 6, from 4-7pm, join the Spice Bridge team for a special anniversary party that will honor and celebrate the rich cultural traditions of our community. The event will include poetry readings by stories of arrival, live music, kids’ activities, story time with the Tukwila Library, a vaccination station, coffee celebration, and the unveiling of the “Food is Love” wall.
