The highly-anticipated arrival of this year’s Oppegaard mead making class is finally here! This three hour class will teach you all the Mead making basics and help you get your batch mixed and fermenting by none other than Jon Oppegaard, the owner and Head Mead Maker of Oppegaard Meadery. All equipment and ingredients are included in the class price.  

Participants have the choice of creating one or five gallons, and will have the option between Honey-Only Mead and Apple Mead (Cyser).
