This Filipino-American cafe is a true local gem. Located off Southcenter Boulevard, Neighborhood cafe brings a twist to their offerings, drawing inspiration from the founder and owner’s Filipino roots. And you’ll absolutely want to grab the Neighborhood Plate, complete with house-made longanisa (sweet sausage), garlic fried rice, and eggs.
