On Sunday, October 25th, head to the Museum of Flight/Fright for Halloween-themed games and activities that will get you into the Halloween spirit. This year’s frightful extravaganza will feature live music from the 8-Bit Brass Band, arts-and-crafts and face-painting, and a spooky planetarium program. Don’t forget to wear your best costume for free admission for visitors 17 and under. The event is free with museum membership and included in general admission.
Get into the spooky spirit with the Museum of Flight! On October 24th, the museum will transform into an after-hours Halloween party inspired by the cult classic Snakes on a Plane. Wander through the museum, dance to 2000s hits, and make your own snake-themed creations. The event will feature a Snakes on a Plane screening in the theater, a dance party, tarot readings, and even flash tattoos. Don’t forget to wear your best costume for a chance to win prizes in the costume contest.
Spirits, beer, and wine will be available for purchase, along with a selection of food trucks. The event is 21+ and a valid Photo ID is required for entry. Tickets are available for purchase now.

Beyond the Horizon is The Museum of Flight’s new speaker series that brings together voices from across aviation, aerospace, and related fields to explore the ideas, innovations, and human stories that shape our world. Designed for adults seeking a memorable and engaging night out, the series offers an inviting space to hear from people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives—ranging from pioneering professionals and creative thinkers to bold explorers and change makers.
Join Emily Calandrelli, aka “The Space Gal,” for a fireside chat as she explores the importance of women in STEM and the vital role diversity plays in shaping the future of science, technology, and discovery. As host of Emily’s Wonder Lab on Netflix, field correspondent on Bill Nye Saves the World, and Blue Origin astronaut, Emily will share perspectives on representation, innovation, and the power of creating more inclusive pathways in STEM.
The event starts with a VIP reception from 5:30-6:30 pm, with the fireside chat and Q&A from 7:00-8:30 pm and an autograph signing from 8:30-9:30 pm. Tickets are $60 for the general public and $50 if you’re a museum member.
Step into the glamour and energy of the jet age of air travel! This after-hours event at the Museum of Flight invites guests to enjoy a night of live music, storytelling, and vintage-inspired hospitality all in the spirit of 1970s air travel. In addition to exploring the Museum’s Runway to Runway exhibition, guests can mix and mingle with retired flight attendants, join a fireside chat sharing the attendants’ personal stories from their time in the skies, and enjoy drinks and dinner.
The event is 21+ only, and a photo I.D. is required. Vintage 70s attire is encouraged. Tickets include entrance to the event, two drink tickets, dinner, and a commemorative gift. Tickets are $110/person for museum members or $120/person for non-members.

During the Museum’s annual Seafair weekend outdoor festival, watch the takeoffs and landings for the Boeing Seafair Air Show, including the U.S. Navy Blue Angels. To celebrate Father’s Day, the Museum of Flight is showing appreciation for all the work that dads do by giving them FREE admission on Sunday, June 21, 2026! Dads accompanied by their children (of any age) receive FREE general admission to enjoy the Museum’s galleries and exhibits. Free admission must be redeemed in person, not online.
