The Seattle Seawolves kick off their 2022 pre-season with two exhibition matches at Starfire Stadium in January against the Seattle Rugby Club and Hartford Harpooners. Be there to cheer on our hometown boys as they look to head into the regular season with a pair of wins.

The 2021 USA National Rugby 7s Tournament will be held at Starfire Sports Complex August 14-15. Dozens of the nation’s best men’s and women’s Rugby 7s teams will gather in Tukwila and face off in a series of matches for the Emil Signes (National Championship) Cup and Silver Cup.
Instead of the standard 15 players playing 40-minute halves, Rugby 7s matches are played with seven players per team over seven-minute halves. The game is quick, intense, and a whole lot of fun to watch. If you’re a sports fan, you won’t want to miss this.

On Sunday, September 19, join your fellow Sounders FC fans at the 2021 Seattle Sounders FC Rave Green Run. This 5K course through Tukwila’s trails, parks, and Starfire Sports Complex – the Sounders training ground – is flat, fast, and family-friendly. Finish line festivities include race awards, music, and giveaways. Dress in all your best Sounders gear and let’s run!
